Infinite Leverage Studio ("we"). Orders are processed by Dodo Payments, our reseller and merchant of record.
A personal, non-transferable licence to install and use Infinite Leverage Studio (Local Edition) on one computer at a time, activated with the licence key sent to you. You may move it by deactivating it on the first computer. Your purchase includes the version current on your purchase date and the next three released versions.
Make videos for your own channels, clients and projects, including commercial ones. You keep all rights in the videos you make. You use the Studio with your own accounts (Claude, Pexels, Pollinations), whose terms you must follow; we do not provide, resell or pay for those services.
Each video carries a short anonymous identifier in its file metadata, derived from your licence. It contains no personal data and is used only to investigate breaches of these terms.
The software is provided "as is". It creates videos automatically; you are responsible for reviewing what you publish, including facts, sources and third-party content. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.
